We aim to dispatch all items within one business day and all orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery or refuse to accept the goods, you will be required to cover any additional charges incurred. We offer free shipping for all orders over £100 within the UK.
 
International Shipping Policy
We dispatch international orders within one business day and all orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery or refuse to accept the goods, you will be required to cover any additional charges incurred. We are not responsible for customs charges if they are requested.
 
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us  with your order number and details of your issue and we will provide a quick resolution.
We are happy to exchange or provide store credit for online orders within 14 days of delivery. If you request a refund within 2 days of receipt of goods, we will provide a full refund minus shipping costs. Please ensure the unwanted goods are returned in a fully resaleable condition with tags intact. For hygienic purposes, returns/exchanges on earrings cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit note if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
 
Shipping Returns Policy
To return your product, please mail it to Flair Designer Wear, 209 Watling Street, Towcester, NN12 6BX, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
