We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day. To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100.
International Shipping Policy
International orders are dispatched within one business day and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery, you must cover any additional charges. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We aim to resolve concerns quickly.

We offer exchanges or store credit for online orders returned within 7 days of delivery.

If you request a refund, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs, provided the item is returned in a resaleable condition with tags intact.
