Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day. To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £100.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are dispatched within one business day and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable or refuse delivery, you must cover any additional charges. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We aim to resolve concerns quickly.

• We offer exchanges or store credit for online orders returned within 7 days of delivery.

• If you request a refund, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs, provided the item is returned in a resaleable condition with tags intact.

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items are not in saleable condition or are damaged.

• We aim to process all refunds and exchanges upon receiving your return in our store. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• This returns policy does not apply to in-store purchases.
